Climate Action Pathways

A Climate Action Pathway is the journey that sparks someone’s interest in climate change, whether through personal experiences like a local fire or a video game about saving the planet. These pathways represent ways for voters to recognize climate in their lives, find agency, and be introduced to climate as an election issue.

Climate Voters partners with leaders and influencers that represent these pathways in order to reach new audiences.

CAP Pilot Program

  • Climate Voters partnered with Time For Better to launch the first Climate Action Pathways Pilot during which a social media micro-grant was leveraged to engage hyper-local content creators in Pennsylvania for content development around voting from October 14th to the 21st.

  • In only one week 1.08 million people were reached with 73k total views across 20+ posts.

Creators cultivated 5k+ total likes and 600+ shares.

  • By focusing on authenticity and localized outreach, we sparked lasting connections that extended far beyond the election, strengthening civic engagement and awareness in these communities for the long term.

Imagine what we can achieve next. With more funding, we can scale this proven model to engage more content creators to inspire action in their communities. The results we saw in one week are only the beginning. We have the blueprint to expand this impact.
